July 25th - Last day in Venice, move to Florence

July 24th - Venice day 2

July 23rd - Venice

We took the night train to Venice from Zurich. It was our first time in the night train on the bankbeds!! The ceiling was so low! We loved Venice from the minute we arrived. The city was like a story book. Everything seemed very unreal.

July 22nd - Zurich, Switzerland

Our plan was to move down south to Italy after Germany trip. We decided to spend a day in Zurich in Switzerland on the way down. The city was very clean and beautiful by the lake. We wished to spend more time there since we saw many interesting sites to visit there. We hopped into this church by the lake, and we had an amazing experince. All of the sudden, people who we thought just another young tourist group started to sing inside of the church while we were praying. Their voices were so amazing and gave us such a wonderful feeling to begin our journey.

July 21st - The Castle of Hohenschwangau

We took a day tour to see the Castle of Hohenschwangau. The castle also became the model for the Sinderella castle in Disney Land. It was such a beautiful valley view on the way to the town. We had to walk all the way up the mountain to see the castle. The king who built the castle was young king with crazy vision! He built many castles within his short life time. He was also known as a lonely king.

Munich Zoo Animals!

July 20th - Munich Zoo

We decided to go to Munich Zoo the following day. The animals were kept closer to their natural habitat. It is always fun to draw animals.

July 19th - English Garden / Munich Festival

Crazy fact about the English Garden. There is a part of the park where people are allowed to be naked!! It was very sunny beautiful day, and I couldn't resist to draw this strange world! Of course, the only few people who actually get naked are old men! We had a very yammy hotdog, grilled fish, and potatos with huge German beer for lunch!

July 18th - Munich city and ABC Festival in Augsbarg

The second day in Munich, we walked around the city of Munich with Tina. We also had really good German Breakfast and met up with Emily. In the night, we went to Augsbarg, which was 40 mins away from Munich to see slam poetry jam.

July 17th-Flew from Hong Kong to Germany

We came back from our second reception in Japan on July 16th, and flew on the next day to Germany. We had layover in Amsterdam. We arrived at our friend Tina and Jan's house very late that evening.
